NATUREZA DOS SERVIÇOS CarryB é EXCLUSIVAMENTE uma plataforma tecnológica que conecta: - Usuários que desejam transportar itens durante suas viagens já programadas - Usuários que procuram enviar itens ### Isenções Importantes: - CarryB NÃO é uma empresa de transportes ou logística - CarryB NÃO presta serviços de transporte ou logística - CarryB NÃO emprega transportadores - CarryB NÃO possui veículos ou meios de transporte - CarryB NÃO armazena ou manipula os itens transportados ## 4. CADASTRO E CONTA 4.1. Responsabilidades dos Usuários Remetentes: - Declarar corretamente a natureza dos itens - Embalar adequadamente os itens - Fornecer documentação necessária dos itens - Não enviar itens proibidos ou ilegais - Cumprir as restrições de peso e dimensões - Fazer verificações necessárias sobre o transportador - Avaliar os riscos envolvidos - Cumprir os acordos estabelecidos com o transportador ## 6. PROHIBITED ITEMS 6.1.
